Evidenced based exercises to improve overall strength, everyday function, bone health, joint health, muscular health, posture and pain levels.
HEALTHY LIVING & AGING - STRENGTH AND BALANCE CLASS
Evidenced based exercises to build muscle strength, improve pain levels, improve balance, coordination and reaction time, to help maintain confidence for everyday tasks.
HYDROTHERAPY CLASSES
Supervised hydrotherapy classes targeted at a range of conditions including pain management, post-surgical rehabilitation, mobility improvement, balance and strengthening.
The Physiotherapist conducts the classes in the pool with you.
